Always wanted to sail but never had the chance? Our skipper has decades of experience and a rare talent for guiding beginners with patience. No classroom theory — everything happens on the water, in the sheltered Pagasetic Gulf and the Northern Sporades. After seven days, you leave as a sailor.

The Pagasetic Gulf is sheltered and calm — perfect for learning the basics without fear of high waves or crowds.
You take the helm
From day 2, it's you in charge. Our skipper stands beside you, but the boat responds to your commands.
Sailing with real destinations
You don't learn in circles — you sail to real Greek harbours and anchorages in the Sporades.
A sailor for life
After a week on board, you leave a different person. Most participants book a full charter the following year.
What you'll learn
Sailing Lessons
Lessons are tailored to your pace and level. Each day a new skill, each day more confidence:
Day 1
Bavaria C57
Safety introduction, engine use, lines and sails. Basic manoeuvres in the sheltered harbour of Volos.
Day 2
Pagasetic Gulf
First day on open water. Downwind sailing, feeling the speed, learning helm position.
Day 3
Open sea
Tacking and gybing: changing direction, sailing upwind. Skipper coaches, you execute.
Day 4
Anchoring & mooring
Reading current, choosing anchorage, anchoring, mooring at a jetty and on buoys.
Day 5
Navigation & weather
Chart reading, GPS, VHF radio, reading forecasts, recognising the meltemi.
Day 6
You as skipper
You plan the day and execute all manoeuvres. The coach just watches.
Day 7
Final sail
Free choice of route. Independent mooring. Certificate moment on return to Volos.
